Commitment and Understanding

The Term is for 3 years and participation on the Board requires a commitment to 4 quarterly meetings. Each meeting is approximately 2 hours long and could be held face to face or via conference calls. Board may also hold a “retreat” for professional development and at which broader strategic plan issues are discussed. Are you able to make this commitment?*

SCAGO Board Directors are required to execute a confidentiality agreement. Please indicate if you would most likely be willing to execute this document. *
